Nicole says: "Shame is often the lowest vibration emotion. Many of us operate from it on a daily basis because of what we were taught as a child. We shame ourselves for having certain feelings or for our past choices or for our behaviors. Shame can wreak havoc in our lives and in our relationships."
But Nicole recommends Ylang ylang as a great essential oil to use to release shame. She continues: "When you apply essential oils for emotions it's good to put along the meridians of the body and the easiest one to remember is to put it directly on the side of your wrist following the thumb line. Rub a drop there daily if you are experiencing shame and see if it helps!"
